ENJO New Zealand Gift Card – Terms and Conditions

  1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ENJO New Zealand Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by ENJO New Zealand Limited (“ENJO”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, using, or accepting an ENJO Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Issuing and Redemption
  • The value of the gift card must be used in one transaction.
  • Gift Cards are treated as cash and can be used for full or part payment of your order.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • ENJO Gift Cards can be redeemed for ENJO products purchased through an ENJO Consultant or ENJO Head Office
  1. Expiry
  • ENJO Gift Cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the card.
  • After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited and the Gift Card will no longer be valid.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
  • Please treat your ENJO Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  • ENJO is not responsible for unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
  1. Use and Limitations
  • Gift Cards can only be redeemed in New Zealand.
  • If your purchase exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • ENJO reserves the right to reject any Gift Card that appears to be tampered with, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
  1. Returns and Exchanges
  • If products purchased with a Gift Card are returned or exchanged, any refund will be provided as a credit on a new ENJO Gift Card, subject to our standard Returns Policy.

8. Privacy:                                                                                              Personal information collected when issuing or redeeming a Gift Card will be handled in accordance with ENJO New Zealand’s Privacy Policy,

9. Amendments

ENJO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, provided such changes do not affect rights already accrued by Gift Card holders.

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
