1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is ENJO New Zealand Ltd, Box 39 228, Howick, Auckland 2145.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, consultants, and immediate family members of ENJO New Zealand are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Competition Period
- The competition runs from 1 October 2025, 12:01am NZST until 31 October 2025, 11:59pm NZST.
- Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Post a before and after photo showing the results of their ENJO clean.
2. Upload their photo as a comment on any ENJO NZ Facebook or Instagram post published during October 2025.
- Each photo must be the participant’s own original work.
- Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be unique.
5. Prize
- There is one prize consisting of a $100 ENJO NZ voucher.
- The voucher is valid for use on ENJO NZ products at RRP. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used on sets, special offers, or in conjunction with other promotions.
- The prize is not transferable.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen by ENJO NZ staff based on the impact, creativity, and clarity of the before and after result.
- The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be announced within 7 days of the competition closing and contacted via direct message on the platform where they entered (Facebook or Instagram).
7. Privacy and Use of Entries
- By entering, participants grant ENJO NZ the right to use their submitted photos, name, and entry details for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
- Personal data provided will be used only for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with ENJO NZ’s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions
- ENJO NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
- ENJO NZ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at any time if it becomes necessary to do so.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility.
